Convention Check-In Begins Thursday, June 4th from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. If you need to arrive outside of this window, please email Natasha Lyons at convention@sigmaalphaomega.org before booking flights or making driving arrangements. â€‹

AIRPORT OPTIONS

The airport where shuttling services will be provided from is the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL).  This airport is approximately 30 hours from Ridgecrest. If you choose to fly into a different airport, you will be responsible for your own transportaiton to and from Ridgecrest Conference Center. We recommend scheduling your arriving flight between 5:30pm and 8:30pm on Thursday, June 4th. If you need to fly eariler, please note you may be waiting at the airport until shuttle service begins at 5:30pm. We recommend scheduling your departure flight to be no earlier than 1:00pm on Sunday, June 7th. Please reach out to Natasha Lyons at convention@sigmaalphaomega.org with any questions or concerns prior to booking your flight.​​

SHUTTLING TO/FROM AIRPORT

Free Airport Shuttles will be offered only from the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL). If you are flying into a different airport, you are responsible for your transportation to and from Ridgecrest Conference Center. 
Shuttles to Ridgecrest Conference Center

  • Thursday, June 4th: Shuttle service will start at 5:30pm and will run until 8:30pm. 

  • Friday, June 5th: Shuttle service will be determined on a case by case basis for sisters who need to fly in on Friday, June 5th. After all flight information has been collected.

  • Sunday, June 7th: The shuttle will leave Ridgecrest at 11:30am on Sunday, June 7th. There will only be one shuttle service offered on Sunday.
