Chapter Requirements

Chapter Convention Preparation Checklist:

  • Specify names and contact information for Delegation in Specification Form no later than deadline (More info on AMOM tab)

  • Register two (2) Chapter Delegates no later than deadline (More info on AMOM tab)

  • Attend Delegate Orientation Call on provided date (More info on AMOM tab)

  • Provide a Chapter Annual Report no later than deadline (More info on AMOM tab)

  • Review Annual Meeting of Members proposals (More info on AMOM tab)

  • Create and bring Chapter Banner for display (See Guidelines Below!)

  • (Optional) Bring donated items for SAOF T-shirt Auction and/or OCA Raffle

CHAPTER BANNER:  A LASTING TRADITION

Every year at convention, chapters are requested to bring a representation of their chapter in the form of a banner. These banners should:​

  • be around a pillow case size (26-36 in wide by 18-24 in tall)

  • include your chapter name and campus or locality name (e.g. Zeta Chapter at Jesus Rules University)

  • include a unique fact about your chapter

  • feature a Bible verse representing your chapter's year this past year

  • show your school mascot or symbol (if applicable)​

Crafter Queen Recommended Materials:

  • Puffy pant

  • Hot glue

  • Hand sew with yarn

  • Fabric markers

  • Felt die cuts or patches can be purchased at craft stores or googled for how to make

  • Use your chapter colors, lean into the convention theme, or whatever you like!

Chapter Banners are presented at Roll Call during Opening Ceremony of Convention and yours could even win an award for creativity and craftsmanship!
